Collecting James Bond Diecasts was my first serious pastime as a kid and I still collect them these days. My dad was the 1 that first got me hooked on them. We used to go down to the tracks to watch the NASCAR races all the time so that I could see the “real life” versions of the vehicles we had been collecting. A few times we even had the opportunity to meet some of the drivers and pit crews, I do not believe I’ll ever forget that. My son has a collection of his own now and I can see how excited he is about them, just as a lot as I used to be when I was a child really. One day I’m gonna pass mine on to him too. Our combined collection is so large now that we had to set aside a separate room just to hold them all but fortunately my spouse does not seem to mind, well not too much anyway!
